Buying & pricing
Are your mattresses really factory-direct?
Yes. Every mattress is made on-site in our Broadmeadows factory and sold straight to the public, so you're not paying for a retail showroom, sales staff or a middle-man.
How much can I save compared to retail?
Up to 60% off comparable retail prices. The materials and construction are the same quality you'd find in a store; what you're not paying for is the retail markup.
How do I get a price?
Prices depend on the mattress type and size, since everything is made to order. The quickest way is to call Jamal on 0422 359 499 or visit the factory for a quote.

Mattresses & sizes
What types of mattresses do you make?
Four core builds, latex, pocket spring, wool top and orthopedic, plus pillow top, memory foam, hybrid, baby cot, caravan, Bonnell and adjustable-bed mattresses made to order.
Can you make a custom size?
Yes. Because every mattress is built to order, we can make standard sizes or custom dimensions, including odd shapes for caravans and campers.
How do I choose the right firmness?
Tell us how you sleep, your size, whether you share the bed, how you lie and any back concerns, and Jamal will recommend a build. You can also feel the whole range side by side in the factory.
Are the mattresses really made by hand?
Yes. Jamal cuts, layers and finishes each mattress himself in Broadmeadows, rather than assembling imported flat-packs.
Quality, care & warranty
Are your mattresses Australian made?
Yes. Every mattress is made on-site at our Broadmeadows factory from all-new materials, with quality quilted, HealthGuard-treated fabrics. Each mattress carries its own Australian-made manufacturer's label.
Do your mattresses come with a warranty?
Our Pocket Spring mattresses carry a 15-year warranty against manufacturing faults. Slight body impressions are normal in a new mattress and aren't a fault. The warranty assumes the mattress is used on a proper, supportive base and kept clean, soiled or abused mattresses can't be covered. Call Jamal on 0422 359 499 for the warranty on a specific build.
How should I care for and clean my mattress?
Turn and rotate it at least once a month and let it air occasionally. Don't wash or wet the fillings, dry-clean, or steam-press the mattress. For spot cleaning, use a dry powder only and test it on an out-of-the-way spot first; for unusual stains, seek professional advice. We'd always recommend a mattress protector, and, as with any mattress, keep lit cigarettes and matches well away.
Can I use my mattress on a slat base?
Yes, our Pocket Spring mattresses are suitable for slat base beds. Whatever base you choose, it needs to give the mattress proper, even support; an inferior or sagging foundation can cause the mattress to break down and isn't covered by warranty. Make sure any legs and castors stay firmly secured and check them from time to time.

Monday to Friday 9am–4pm, Saturday 9am–2pm, and closed Sunday.
Do I need an appointment?
No, just drop in during opening hours. If you'd like to make sure Jamal is free to talk you through the range, a quick call ahead never hurts.
